QUALIFICATION
Candidate for the above posts must possess MBBS the fellowship of the National Post graduate Medical College of Nigeria or the West African College of Surgeons/Physicians or its equivalent in the relevant specialty, valid practicing license and NYSC discharge Certificate.
Candidates for Paediatric Orthopaedics must have at least 6 months Fellowship in Paediatric Orthopaedics.


CHIEF HEALTH RECORDS OFFICER (Ref: CHRO/002)

QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess B.Sc. in Health Information Management/Health Records Administration and Bio Statistics and registered with the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.
Associate membership of the Nigeria Health Records Association and NYSC discharge Certificate.
Candidate must also possess a minimum of 10 years post qualification cognate experience.


PRINCIPAL PHARMACIST (Ref: PP/003)

Candidate must have 5 credit passes in O/level GCE/SSCE and one of the following: HND in Prosthetics/Orthotics or Diploma from the British Institute of Surgical Technologist (BIST)
