Duties include: Offering telephone support to clients, full training is given. Our Client received 13,000 calls last year therefore the majority of your day would be liaising on the telephone. You will be taught as you learn on a daily basis how to make a “Knowledge based article” which is being compiled for the benefit of the Clients.
